Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique with profound results. After a Reiki session, people often report feeling less pain, less anxiety, a feeling of calmness, better mental clarity, and an overall sense of wellbeing. Reiki originated in Japan and is based on the Asian concept of ‘ki’ or ‘life force energy’. We are alive because life force is flowing through us. Through normal stress, this energy becomes unbalanced or blocked. During the session, the practitioner channels healing Reiki ‘Universal’ life force energy to restore the client’s energy flow. This is done through gentle touch or the hands positioned just above the body. The practitioner is simply a vessel. Reiki is a purely Loving energy given to all of humanity for healing. It always moves in direct relationship with the unique needs of each person for their highest good.

Shamanic Reiki incorporates guided journey, working with the Earth’s elements and replenishing Reiki. Clients may be empowered to assist in Cord cutting, intrusion removal, and past life meditations. If you feel called, you are invited to bring items from nature to support you on this journey. These can be rocks, crystals, feathers, flowers or anything that resonates with you. This service is suggested for clients who are committed to and actively working on their own healing. If you feel called, this session can be repeated with each season or during life transitions to dive deeper into your healing intentions.

During a Reiki Drumming treatment, we combine a traditional Reiki treatment with the use of a shamanic drum gently played around you to create a reiki drumming "shower" over your body. This process adds the additional benefit of sound waves, frequency, and vibration to penetrate the Reiki energy into your body and energy field in an amplified way, further assisting in breaking up stagnant or stuck energy.

During Sound Healing sessions, a variety of instruments are used both on and around the body including tuning forks, Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, chimes, rattles and more to create a dynamic and deeply healing & relaxing experience. This modality leverages sound, vibration, and frequency to gently transform on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Benefits can include deep relaxation, reduction in pain and inflammation, lowered stress and anxiety, improved sleep, management of depression, mood disorders, trauma, digestion, and so much more! Sound healing gets to the root of the issue, not just the surface level symptoms. Two main factors that exacerbate physical and mental health challenges are chronic stress and suppressed emotions, which lead to an incoherent resonance in our electromagnetic energy field. Sound healing therapy helps address this through bringing your energy field back into coherent resonance and harmony. Sound therapy works through setting the intention, triggering a relaxation response, releasing stuck or repressed emotions, balancing your energetic biofield, transforming beliefs, and engaging you in the process.  Throughout a typical session, I focus on balancing your chakras (energy centers), addressing excess and depleted energy flow in your meridians by working on acupressure points, and using personalized methods to address any core challenges you are experiencing.

Ceremonial cacao is the main ingredient in chocolate, but so very much more. It was given to us during creation to active our connection to divine intelligence and the cosmos. It is a wise messenger, a heart healer and a means to remember the true beauty of who we really are. It is often referred to as “Mama Cacao” because it is a feminine energy fruit. Ceremonial cacao is tended to only by humans with deep love and is left in its most natural state with nothing modified or taken away. It retains all of the beneficial nutrients (antioxidants, healthy fats, minerals) and healing components (see below) it has to offer. It is prepared as a healthy and uplifting warm drink. Ceremonial cacao is used to deepen meditation, rejuvenate the soul, and look inward to heal any stagnant emotions. It opens the heart, calms and clears the mind, reduces depressive symptoms, and relaxes the body. Cacao creates an increase in loving connection to the energy field of others around you to allow for the collective healing of community and individual healing in community. Cacao allows you to feel calm, euphoric, alert, blissful, grounded, safe, loved and loving. Effects take place after about 20-35 minutes of digestion and will last about 5-7 hours. The neuromodulators released when drinking cacao create brand new neural pathways based on joy and connection. Working with cacao has a positive cumulative effect when continuing to work with it over time.

This is an intuitive mentorship session for those who have started their journey as a Reiki Practitioner (any level). We will co-create a free-flowing experience with the ultimate goal of guiding you into your own heart space. We can refresh skills, build confidence in your practice, talk about business basics, etc. The core of this session will always be releasing self doubt and returning you to your own intuition and inner knowing to build self-empowerment. During this journey, built for two people and led by both Amy & Kendra, you will receive and experience a heart-opening cacao ceremony, restorative sound bath immersion, and full individual Reiki healing session - exact lengths of each may vary as we will intuitively flow through based on your unique intentions and needs.
