Then we’ll move gently into a soothing sound journey and meditation featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that resonate through mind, body and spirit. Throughout the soundscape, Reiki energy will be shared intuitively to support emotional release, balance, and inner radiance.

🪽Join Kendra and Amy, with special facilitator Tom, for a heart-centered immersive experience exploring the Archangels of the Four Directions—Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and Uriel. Through ceremony, meditation, energetic healing, and teaching, you’ll be guided into connection with these angelic allies and their wisdom for healing and spiritual growth.
🪽The workshop begins with a cacao ceremony to open the heart and create sacred space. Tom will share teachings on the Archangels of the Four Directions, including their qualities, symbolism, and ways to work with their energy. He will also guide an experiential practice to deepen your connection. Participants will receive a worksheet created by Tom to support reflection and integration beyond the workshop. Together, we will explore how these angelic connections support your healing journey and how they can be applied in work with others. The workshop concludes with a guided meditation to integrate the four directions, followed by a Reiki-infused sound bath for relaxation, balance, and energetic alignment.

About Tom: Tom is an Usui Reiki Master Practitioner with additional training in Angelic Light Weaving through Etheric Connections, LLC. How to Prepare: Please hydrate well and dress comfortably in layers. We recommend eating lightly beforehand if needed. Bring water, a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort. Lawn chairs are welcome if preferred. Optional items include an eye mask, journal, crystals, or meaningful nature items. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. Sunscreen and bug spray may be helpful. You will receive parking details by email before the event. We will begin by gathering in a ceremonial cacao circle. Ceremonial cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine that gently softens the nervous system, quiets the analytical mind, and deepens our connection to the subconscious. By opening the heart and creating a grounded, receptive inner state, cacao helps participants relax into trust and inner awareness - supporting the hypnotic process and allowing memories and insights to surface with greater ease and safety. This intentional opening creates a cohesive energetic field that prepares us for the regression work ahead.
🌀Group past life regressions use guided hypnosis to explore and heal karmic imprints carried across lifetimes. In a shared energetic field, participants are led into a deep, meditative state where subconscious memories, patterns, and themes can surface for awareness and release. By recognizing repeating behaviors, emotional patterns, or blocks that did not originate in this lifetime, participants can begin to dissolve toxic cycles and self-limiting beliefs. My cacao training includes mentorship with Alexa Iya Soro and a 10 week in-depth cacao training with The Mayan Wisdom Project. I believe in the power of healing in community.
