Description: This class is the next step in our Integrated Energy Therapy training system and it builds on all of the knowledge and techniques learned in our Basic Level training. Intermediate Level training expands upon both the depth and the breadth of the Basic Level techniques through the Intermediate Attunement (which opens you to clear mental and karmic imprints) and through the special Integrated Energy Therapy pullout-release technique that lets you clear imprints from the human energy field.
Intermediate Attunement: You will receive a special Intermediate Level âenergy attunementâ that will further open your energy field to the power of Integrated Energy Therapy Intermediate Level ray. We will begin by gathering in a ceremonial cacao circle. Ceremonial cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine that gently softens the nervous system, quiets the analytical mind, and deepens our connection to the subconscious. By opening the heart and creating a grounded, receptive inner state, cacao helps participants relax into trust and inner awareness - supporting the hypnotic process and allowing memories and insights to surface with greater ease and safety. This intentional opening creates a cohesive energetic field that prepares us for the regression work ahead.
đGroup past life regressions use guided hypnosis to explore and heal karmic imprints carried across lifetimes. In a shared energetic field, participants are led into a deep, meditative state where subconscious memories, patterns, and themes can surface for awareness and release. By recognizing repeating behaviors, emotional patterns, or blocks that did not originate in this lifetime, participants can begin to dissolve toxic cycles and self-limiting beliefs. Traditionally, cacao has been used in ceremony as a sacred plant ally for blessing and healing the spirit of the land, offering gratitude to the earth, and honoring the many stories that have shaped the places we call home. It invites us into a space of reverence and heart-centered connection. Through ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, and connection with nature, we will deepen our relationship with the natural world, awaken a sense of belonging, and explore what it means to live in harmony with ourselves, our community, and the land. Pre-registration is required.
How to Prepare: Bring water, a yoga mat or blanket, and pillow for comfort. Lawn chairs are welcome. You are invited to bring one small item to bless the land, such as a crystal, flowers, or another meaningful natural item. Please arrive 5â10 minutes early. Sunscreen and bug spray may be helpful. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held indoors at Ascending Hearts.
