We will begin by gathering in a ceremonial cacao circle. Ceremonial cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine that gently softens the nervous system, quiets the analytical mind, and deepens our connection to the subconscious. By opening the heart and creating a grounded, receptive inner state, cacao helps participants relax into trust and inner awareness - supporting the hypnotic process and allowing memories and insights to surface with greater ease and safety. 🌀Group past life regressions use guided hypnosis to explore and heal karmic imprints carried across lifetimes. In a shared energetic field, participants are led into a deep, meditative state where subconscious memories, patterns, and themes can surface for awareness and release.
