Meanwhile we’ll have crafts available for those who wish to create while connecting. Finally, we’ll settle into a grounding sound bath designed to melt stress and quiet the mind. Think: cozy vibes, laughter, meaningful connection, and nervous-system-friendly rest- the magic of a sleepover atmosphere held with intention. All are welcome!

🌷We begin with a cacao ceremony, opening the heart and grounding into intention. As the cacao moves through the body, you’ll be guided into a reflective rebirth and renewal group activity to acknowledge what you are shedding and to consciously welcome what is ready to emerge. This ritual invites you to align with your inner wisdom and the natural cycles of transformation.
🌷From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply nourishing sound bath, where healing frequencies wash over the body and nervous system, encouraging rest, integration, and energetic balance. Throughout the sound journey, Reiki energy will be offered to support energetic clearing, emotional harmony, and gentle activation of your life force.
🌷We will conclude the event with an offering to the water across the street from our center (weather permitting)
How to Prepare: Yoga mats and blankets will be available, please feel free to bring anything else that will assist in your comfort such as a pillow, eye mask, water, and journal for reflection and intention setting. Please do not eat for 2 hours before the circle, or eat lightly.

Class Description:
🦋In this course, you will learn about the concept of universal life force energy, the chakras and the history of Reiki. You will receive the Reiki I Attunement to help increase the flow of this universal life force energy. After the Attunement, you will learn hand positions for treating yourself and others. You will also practice giving and receiving Reiki.
🦋Upon completion, each student will receive a Usui Reiki I Manual and Certificate.

With a clear focus on resilience, passion, and powerful networking, participants will learn and engage in discussions surrounding how women navigate and influence change in and out of the workplace.
At the Summit, Kendra will be hosting a sound bath meditation during each of the breaks from 10:30-11:15am and 2-3pm at the Interfaith Center!
