Description:
Join Kendra and Amy, with special facilitator Tom, for a heart-centered immersive experience exploring the Archangels of the Four Directions—Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and Uriel.
Through ceremony, meditation, energetic healing, and teaching, you’ll be guided into connection with these angelic allies and their wisdom for healing and spiritual growth. The workshop begins with a cacao ceremony to open the heart and create sacred space. Tom will share teachings on the Archangels of the Four Directions, including their qualities, symbolism, and ways to work with their energy. He will also guide an experiential practice to deepen your connection.
Participants will receive a worksheet created by Tom to support reflection and integration beyond the workshop. Together, we will explore how these angelic connections support your healing journey and how they can be applied in work with others. The workshop concludes with a guided meditation to integrate the four directions, followed by a Reiki-infused sound bath for relaxation, balance, and energetic alignment.

Prerequisites: Completion of the Integrated Energy Therapy® Basic Level class is required for attendance at this class.
Description: This class is the next step in our Integrated Energy Therapy training system and it builds on all of the knowledge and techniques learned in our Basic Level training. Intermediate Level training expands upon both the depth and the breadth of the Basic Level techniques through the Intermediate Attunement (which opens you to clear mental and karmic imprints) and through the special Integrated Energy Therapy pullout-release technique that lets you clear imprints from the human energy field.
Intermediate Attunement: You will receive a special Intermediate Level “energy attunement” that will further open your energy field to the power of Integrated Energy Therapy Intermediate Level ray. Our Intermediate Level attunement expands, realigns, and restructures the 3rd pair (mental) and 4th pair (karmic) of your 12 Strand DNA. Join us in the gardens of Linden Place for a hearted-centered cacao ceremony honoring the spirit of the land through gratitude and community. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, we gather in sacred circle to reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the living presence of the land beneath our feet. Together, we will create space to slow down, listen deeply, and cultivate appreciation for the interconnected web of life that supports us all. Traditionally, cacao has been used in ceremony as a sacred plant ally for blessing and healing the spirit of the land, offering gratitude to the earth, and honoring the many stories that have shaped the places we call home. It invites us into a space of reverence and heart-centered connection. Through ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, and connection with nature, we will deepen our relationship with the natural world, awaken a sense of belonging, and explore what it means to live in harmony with ourselves, our community, and the land. Pre-registration is required.
How to Prepare: Bring water, a yoga mat or blanket, and pillow for comfort. Lawn chairs are welcome. You are invited to bring one small item to bless the land, such as a crystal, flowers, or another meaningful natural item. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Sunscreen and bug spray may be helpful. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held indoors at Ascending Hearts.
