Bring your child to an enchanting world of sound and healing at our Sound Healing Class designed specifically for kids aged 5 to 10. This fun and interactive session is aimed at helping children explore the wonderful world of sound, music, and relaxation.
What to Expect:
Interactive Sound Exploration: Kids will have the chance to play with a variety of instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rattles, drums and their own voice. This hands-on experience will help them understand how different sounds are made and how they can influence our feelings and emotions.
Creative Expression: Children will be encouraged to express themselves through sound and movement, fostering creativity and self-awareness. This segment includes fun activities like sound games and group music-making.
Guided Sound Meditation: Our experienced instructor will lead the children through a gentle and engaging sound meditation. This part of the session will help kids learn how to relax their minds and bodies using the soothing sounds of the instruments.
How to Prepare: wear comfortable clothing, a bottle of water, and an open mind ready for exploration, relaxation and fun!

Event Description: A return to self, is a return to love. As unconditional love is our birthright and our true essence. Amy and Jax will provide a safe haven for potentially reconnecting with the heart center through sound, journey and Mama Cacao. Join us in ceremony as we experience a guided Shamanic Journey to assist in expanding the heart center to welcome in more pure, radiant unconditional love. Giving ourselves permission to give and receive in balance and calling in light where anger, grief, and sadness may have remained. Awaken the heart chakra with singing bowls, rattles, drums and ceremonial cacao. This plant medicine may assist us in accessing emotions on a deeper level, while opening up the heart and sacral chakras to experience the blessing of Unconditional Love. Heal in community, where we support one another, hold space for each other, and create meaningful experiences through their courage to be vulnerable and authentic.
