Frequently asked questions

Our address is 13R State Street in Bristol, RI. Our main entrance and parking are located on the Thames St side of the building across from Bristol Bikes. We do not have an entrance on State St. If you don't find a spot in our lot there is also street parking available.

You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to relax and breathe deeply. You do not need to remove any clothing for a session. For a sound healing session, you may want to wear thinner clothing that will allow maximum benefit from the vibrations of the tuning forks.

It's always a good idea to drink plenty of water before any sort of body work to enable maximum benefits. Make sure you bring water with you to drink afterwards as well! Water helps flush out any toxins that may be released during the session. If you are attending a ceremonial cacao event, we also advise refraining from eating 2 hours beforehand or eating light, if needed.

All bookings are non-refundable. This includes individual sessions, group events, and classes. You can reschedule individual session appointments without penalty with 24 hours notice. No credits for future events will be provided if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of an event. Please contact us directly with any special considerations.

All our private sessions and event transactions are completed online using a credit card at the time of booking. Payment plans are available upon check-out.

After purchasing your own ticket, you can buy additional tickets by entering the person's name and email and entering your credit card information. You will not be able to buy multiple tickets with one transaction under your name, each attendee needs an individual transaction with their name.

Yes, gift cards for Reiki, Sound Healing, Flower Essence Consultations, and Akashic Records Readings can be purchased here. Instructions on redeeming a gift card will be provided to the recipient once recieved. You can also purchase Bonfire gift cards that can be used in our merch shop.
